Apartment 12A is a two bedroomed apartment that can sleep four people- it has fantastic views of Fistral beach, a lift and a designated parking space.In the garage there is also storage space for boards, wetsuits and beach items which proves very handy in the summer months. The living area is a large open space with comfortable settees and chairs and has a TV with DVD and Freeview. The dining area seats four and there is access to a balcony via patio doors from the lounge. The kitchen is comfortable and modern and has all the usual kitchen comforts including washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as fridge and freezer. Bedroom one has a double bed, wardrobe, bedsides tables and lamps and a chest of drawers. There is an ensuite off of bedroom one with a shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
